Leveraging a collaborative ecosystem, Vikki Digital Bank connects banking with lifestyle, travel, and real estate, empowering users to manage and grow their money in the digital age.The collaborative ecosystem spans financial services, aviation, real estate, energy, education and digital technology.<ul class="list-node"><li>Financial services: Includes Vikki Digital Bank (acquired Dong A Bank), HD Saison (top 3 consumer finance), HD Insurance, HDB Securities, and HDBank (VN30 Index).</li><li>Aviation/ Logistics: Vietjet Air, the largest domestic airline in Vietnam, operates 125+ routes, carried over 25 million passengers</li><li>Real Estate/ Hospitality: Phu Long develops 10,000+ ha of high-end residential, commercial, and resort properties across the country such as Ariyana Tourism Complex Da Nan, Ana Mandara Cam Ranh, L’Alya Ninh Van Bay, Furama resorts Danang and Phu Quoc, Swan Bay, Dragon city, Kim Long Luxury Villas, Ngan Long Commercial Townhouses, Dragon Riverside City, Mailand Hanoi City,...</li><li>Education: Victoria School aims to develop K12 education based on UNESCO's "Happy School" model, blending the best domestic and international values with innovative teaching methods for global excellence.</li><li>Digital Ecosystem: Galaxy Digital Holdings powers digital transformation with platforms like GalaxyJoy (loyalty), GalaxyPay (e-wallet), GalaxyCare (healthtech), GalaxyOne (digital enterprise solutions), and Swift247 (logistics, enabling integrated air-cargo delivery services).</li></ul><h1 class="heading-node">Hackathon Track</h1>The overarching goal of this prize is to identify product ideas or improvements that can help boost Vikki Digital Bank and the collaborative ecosystem market competitiveness, either expanding its market or optimising its operation.We’ve outlined a few suggestions below for how this might be achieved, but welcome projects that take a different approach<h3 class="heading-node">Loyalty System</h3>Instead of siloed point systems per business unit, Vikki Digital Bank and the collaborative ecosystem issues a unified loyalty token on-chain that can be earned, transferred, and redeemed across all business lines. For example:<ul class="list-node"><li>A user earns tokens by flying with the airline.</li><li>They stake those tokens in the banking app to get better interest rates.</li><li>Then, they use the tokens to get a discount on a real estate down payment or rent.</li></ul>Everything is recorded and verified on-chain — no need for centralized tracking, conversions, or reconciliation.<h3 class="heading-node">Real-world Tokenization</h3>Vikki Digital Bank and the collaborative ecosystem is owning and issuing many different forms of assets. And, tokenizing those assets can help the collaborative ecosystem to either better discover the asset price or boost trading volume, benefit from trading volume fee. Your challenge is to create a mechanism to tokenize the asset and come up with a new model of distribution that is bringing better benefit for end-consumer and asset issuers. Airline ticket (Vietjet): Tokenize the airline tickets to make price discovery and distribution more efficient for all stakeholders.Holiday booking (Phu Long): A hotel operator is selling future tickets for their services which fluctuate extremely to seasons, weather and other physical conditions. We are looking for innovative solutions not only tokenizing the assets but new mechanisms to hedge against the adversaries, creating a finance market that benefits all stakeholders.Real estate (Phu Long): Infrastructure for authorized real estate developers to tokenize not only the resident ownership but the commercial estate, each coming with its special use-cases. For example, commercial estate might come with a yield and revenue sharing mechanism for asset issuers and owners.Education (Victoria school): Tokenize not only the learner’s certificate but also progress so all stakeholders (ie: educator, parents, recruiter) can serve the learners better.<h3 class="heading-node">Crypto friendly digital bank</h3>Vikki digital bank is the next-generation digital bank, Vikki digital Bank integrates cutting-edge technology to offer a comprehensive suite of financial services. These services encompass banking, finance, investment, insurance, travel, and shopping, all accessible through a seamless digital platform. The bank’s mission is to help customers accumulate wealth, optimize returns, and achieve financial autonomy with absolute security and peace of mind. Crypto spending: Let users hold a debit/credit account with crypto balance. Users can spend fiat from the account either through card processing or qr code payment.Remittance: Fast &amp; cheap transfering money into Vietnam. Users can either send crypto or foreign fiat to VND.Fractional buying: Improve access to high-end products like real estate, financial investment. Build out periodic payment tools to enable the spot purchase of commodities over time.Buy now pay later: Build an on-chain system to record buying and future payment, the software should propose a solution to resolve bad debt or liquidate them to third parties.<h1 class="heading-node">Pitch requirements &amp; Judging Criteria</h1>Projects will be judged based on a variety of criteria, including:Usability: the product is easy to use and understand by Vikki Digital Bank and the collaborative ecosystem’s enterprises and its customers.Interesting and relevant uses of blockchain: the product uses the Solana blockchain in a way that takes advantage of the features of blockchain, where the use of the Solana blockchain is core to the functioning of the product.Adoptability: How likely is it that Vikki Digital Bank and the collaborative ecosystem enterprises and consumers will use this product, and how likely is it to move the needle in the overall competitiveness of Vikki digital bank and the collaborative ecosystem?Data residency: Does the solution comply with local data laws and use only local data infrastructure for storing relevant data?<h1 class="heading-node">Prize structures</h1>The total prize and pool is $10k with judges from Vikki Digital Bank and the collaborative ecosystem and sponsored by Superteam Vietnam.🥇 1st prize: $5,000🥈 2nd prize: $4,000🥉 3rd prize: $1,000
