It creates access to innovation through strategic venture capital (invest), development of technologies and business models (build), and building ecosystems around the sustainable and digital future of society (connect).&nbsp;With a portfolio of more than 30 digital and sustainable startups, neosfer has always kept its eyes on the future and is continuously developing. == For eligibility, you must also submit to the Solana Colosseum Hackathon ==<h2 class="heading-node">Hackathon Track: Rethinking Finance with Blockchain</h2>Participants are encouraged to build on the following concepts or propose their own:<ol class="list-node"><li>Composable DeFi Building Blocks for Banks: Create interoperable modules (e.g., lending, KYC, custody) that banks can plug into existing infrastructure to offer DeFi-like services in a compliant way.</li><li>On-chain Credit Scoring: Build a decentralized credit scoring mechanism unlocking DeFi access for underbanked individuals and SMEs.</li><li>MiCA-Compliant Stablecoin Solution: Develop a euro-backed stablecoin system that includes built-in compliance features (e.g., whitelisting, freeze functions) in line with EU’s MiCA regulations.</li><li>Tokenized Assets: Enable fractional ownership and trading of real-world assets (e.g., bonds, real estate, commodities).</li><li>Blockchain-Integrated Invoicing &amp; Trade Finance: Develop smart contract-based invoice finance solutions — where invoices are tokenized and used as collateral, with real-time payment tracking and risk scoring.</li></ol><h2 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h2>The judging criteria for the Commerzbank Neosfer Germany Track will mirror that of the global hackathon.
