This role supports both India-specific operations and global community execution, reporting directly to the General Community Manager.Role Overview — India Community Lead &amp; Global Community SupportThis is a leadership and execution role, not a moderation position.The India Community Lead acts as the right hand to the General Community Manager, owning the Indian community while also assisting with broader, cross-region community tasks. The expectation is autonomy, reliability, and delivery without shortcuts.Responsibilities include:<ul class="list-node"><li>Full ownership of India-specific community spaces and initiatives.</li><li>Assisting the General Community Manager with global community tasks as assigned.</li><li>Executing initiatives and directives on time and to specification, across regions when needed.</li><li>Independently identifying problems and resolving them without micromanagement.</li><li>Acting as a trusted extension of the General Community Manager in daily operations.</li><li>Maintaining strict standards for moderation, engagement, and conduct.</li><li>Driving engagement through structured initiatives, events, and discussions.</li><li>Proactively proposing improvements and executing them end-to-end.</li><li>Escalating only high-impact or strategic issues; handling everything else autonomously.</li><li>Streaming and producing multi-hour esports tournaments on Twitch with professional broadcast quality.</li></ul>Required Profile<ul class="list-node"><li>Fluent in English; Hindi strongly preferred (additional Indian languages a plus).</li><li>Proven experience in community leadership, moderation, or operations—gaming preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Twitch streaming software (OBS or similar) with experience broadcasting live events/tournaments.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work fully independently and take ownership of outcomes.</li><li>Strong execution and problem-solving mindset; no reliance on constant supervision.</li><li>Flexible availability aligned with community needs, not fixed schedules.</li><li>High reliability: consistent delivery at expected quality and deadlines.</li><li>High commitment level.
