The sponsor is seeking a Customer Support & Community Manager to provide technical support for their Solana RPC & Data Streaming SaaS product and engage with the Solana developer community. This role involves troubleshooting, pre-sales support, escalating issues to engineers, and actively building relationships and awareness within the Solana ecosystem through content distribution and discussions. The goal is to gather user insights to impact product development.

You’ll interact daily with Solana developers, mostly traders, who require high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure and value precise, fast communication. Make your impact on product development by sharing the ecosystem/users insights with the tech team and CPO.<h2 class="heading-node">Responsibilities</h2><h4 class="heading-node">Customer Support</h4><ul class="list-node"><li>Provide support in the relevant community chats and the helpdesk dashboard. Help users troubleshoot common RPC, gRPC, etc. Solana-related issues (serve as a mediator between clients and our engineers).</li><li>Answer pre-sale questions to facilitate customer onboarding.</li><li>Work closely with the engineering team to escalate performance questions or technical issues.</li><li>Maintain SLA.</li></ul><h4 class="heading-node">Community Management</h4><ul class="list-node"><li>Engage actively in discussions with Solana-based traders and developers in relevant communities to raise product awareness and attract potential SaaS leads.
