Superteam Earn is looking to hire a Product Operations associate on a contractual basis, to help manage platform operations, unblock users, and support the rest of the team. This is a high-impact role with asymmetric upside to grow within the org.<h2 class="heading-node">Scope of Work</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Product QA: Testing new platform features, bugs, and providing feedback.</li><li>Sponsor Assistance: Helping sponsors list their opportunities, announce winners on time, and navigate the platform.</li><li>User Support: Unblocking users, troubleshooting, bug reporting, etc.</li><li>Data Reporting: Tracking key platform metrics and generating reports.</li><li>Other day-to-day ops</li></ul>Note: This is full-time role.<h2 class="heading-node">Ideal Candidate</h2>You will be a good fit if you are/have:<ul class="list-node"><li>high ownership mentality</li><li>young and high energy</li><li>interested in helping build great products</li><li>can handle quick turnarounds and join regular team calls (two/week)</li><li>can take a joke </li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Payment Terms</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>The engagement will include an initial trial (paid) period of one-month, which will then become recurring if both parties decide to continue.
