<h2 class="heading-node">About Encrypt and Ika</h2><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://encrypt.xyz">Encrypt</a> and <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://ika.xyz">Ika</a> are bringing some powerful new tools to Solana. We're building infrastructure that makes it easier to create secure and private financial applications on-chain. Think of it as bringing two big advancements to the Frontier hackathon: bridgeless capital markets and encrypted capital markets.Ika focuses on custody and interoperability, providing MPC infrastructure. We use the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://eprint.iacr.org/2025/297">2PC-MPC protocol</a> to enable dWallets. These are programmable, transferable signing mechanisms controlled by both a user and the Ika Network. This means Solana programs can enforce logic across any asset on any chain.Encrypt, on the other hand, deals with privacy. We're building FHE infrastructure to enable confidential Solana programs using the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://eprint.iacr.org/2025/1449">REFHE protocol</a>. This lets you perform computations on encrypted data directly, without needing to decrypt it first. This all means you can build applications where sensitive financial information stays private during execution.Both Ika and Encrypt share a common goal: we want to make Solana the go-to place for institutional-grade on-chain markets by removing the current complexities. Ika gets rid of liquidity fragmentation across chains and enables zero-trust custody, while Encrypt removes the public exposure of sensitive financial data. These tools are already available on devnet, and we're aiming for mainnet launch soon.<h2 class="heading-node">Mission</h2>Build an innovative application or protocol using Encrypt and/or Ika's infrastructure on Solana, focusing on creating bridgeless capital markets and encrypted capital markets.<h2 class="heading-node">Hackathon Track Scope</h2>We're looking for projects that leverage the unique capabilities of Encrypt (for privacy) and/or Ika (for custody and interoperability) to unlock new financial primitives or improve existing ones on Solana. Here are some ideas and examples to get you started, but feel free to think beyond these:<ul class="list-node"><li>Bridgeless Capital Markets (using Ika):<ul class="list-node"><li>Develop a decentralized version of an institutional custodian (like Fireblocks), enforced by Solana.</li><li>Create a fast bridgeless trading experience for native assets (similar to Near Intents) from any chain directly on Solana.</li><li>Design multi-chain agentic wallets with scalable decentralized guardrails for AI agents.</li><li>Implement multi-chain lending, allowing assets like Bitcoin or RWAs from any chain as collateral for loans on Solana.</li><li>Reimagine multisig and wallet products to use Solana as a control layer for holding assets across chains with web2 UX, features like recovery, passkeys, spending limits, and shared access, all without centralized intermediaries.</li></ul></li><li>Encrypted Capital Markets (using Encrypt):<ul class="list-node"><li>Build fully confidential DeFi applications for private trading and lending at scale.</li><li>Explore encrypted strategy vaults, private prediction markets, or sealed-bid auctions.</li></ul></li><li>Hybrid Solutions (using both Ika and Encrypt):<ul class="list-node"><li>Combine both technologies to create incredibly powerful and novel applications.</li></ul></li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>A link to your public GitHub repository containing all your project's code.</li><li>A clear and concise README.md file in your repository explaining:<ul class="list-node"><li>The problem your project solves, target users and use cases.</li><li>How your project utilizes Encrypt and/or Ika.</li><li>Instructions on how to build, test, and use your application.</li><li>Any deployed program IDs or frontend links if applicable.</li></ul></li><li>A short video (under 5 minutes) demonstrating your project's functionality and explaining your design choices.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Core Integration of Ika/Encrypt: How fundamentally does the project rely on Ika and/or Encrypt? Are they essential to the product’s core functionality, or used only superficially?</li><li>Innovation: How novel and differentiated is the use of Ika and/or Encrypt compared to existing solutions?</li><li>Technical Execution: Quality, correctness, and robustness of the implementation. How well is the system designed and engineered?</li><li>Product &amp; Commercial Potential: Is this a compelling product?
