<li>Ensure high code quality, security, and performance for all deployed smart contracts.</li>

<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>

<li>Strong proficiency in Rust programming, particularly for blockchain development.</li>
<li>Proven experience designing and shipping secure on-chain programs.</li>
<li>Familiarity with tokenomics and various token launch mechanisms (presales, auctions, dynamic curves).</li>
<li>Experience with automated market makers (AMMs), token staking, routing, and vesting contracts.</li>
<li>Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to security in smart contract development.</li>
