Superteam Korea is seeking Guild Leads to support blockchain/crypto academies in Korea. This initiative aims to empower local communities and foster growth through research, events, and development activities.We are looking for capable Guild Leads who can deliver impactful results during the 6-month community-driven project, create educational resources, and organize knowledge-sharing sessions to help expand the ecosystem.<h3 class="heading-node">Overview / Introduction:</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>What is a Guild Lead? A Guild Lead represents a research/development group within a university.</li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li>Goals of the program To support and strengthen blockchain communities through research, development, and education.</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Support Provided:</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Each selected team will receive a $2,400 in total, distributed over two phases during a 6-month period. Post-program activities will be reviewed for potential continuation.</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Eligibility and Requirements:</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Deliver outputs related to the Solana ecosystem, such as research papers, prototype development, or other relevant contributions.</li><li>Co-host at least two academic sessions during the 6-month period.</li><li>Guild Leads are required to participate in Weekly Call hosted by SuperteamKorea</li><li>Additional requirements may be introduced in the future</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Expectations and Deliverables:</h3><ul class="list-node"><li>Clear project milestones and regular updates</li><li>Consistent communication with program coordinators</li></ul>Evaluation Criteria You’d be a good fit if you:<ul class="list-node"><li>Have a clear 6-month milestone plan</li><li>Present a compelling and clear vision for the project</li></ul><hr>Estimated Time to Complete Submit applications between July 17th and July 24th.<ul class="list-node"><li>Note: The selected candidates may be required to participate in regular progress meetings.</li></ul> Payment Logistics<ul class="list-node"><li>50% of the funding will be provided at the start of the project</li><li>50% upon successful completion of the project</li></ul>
