Motion Graphics Designer - Kimia Product Launch Film for X

About Kimia

Kimia is building fixed income infrastructure on Solana. We're focused on letting users hold assets, short perpetuals, and keep the funding. With us, it's one click for both legs across Hyperliquid, Pacifica, and Jupiter, all non-custodial. Our engine is currently going private mainnet. We're looking for a talented designer to create a launch film that captures our product's essence for an X (formerly Twitter) audience.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities

The primary goal is to create a 30-second motion graphics film introducing Kimia, specifically designed for X. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Developing a minimalist visual language with a "hype edit" style.

• Ensuring the film's energy derives from rhythm, cut timing, and sound, not visual density.

• Avoiding particle systems, glowing orbs, stock footage of servers, or trading floors.

• Focusing on type, product UI, clean geometry, and a single accent color.

• Creating a "primary drop" moment that highlights opening a position and filling both legs.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in motion graphics design, particularly for product launches or similar promotional content.

• A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of minimalist visual language and rhythmic editing.

• Expertise in creating engaging video content for social media platforms like X, including silent-first design principles.

• Ability to integrate sound design effectively to enhance, rather than solely carry, the visual narrative.

• Familiarity with financial or crypto-related product visualization is a plus, but not strictly required.

• Quality of work showcasing effective integration of sound design.

• Clarity and professionalism of application materials.

• Feasibility and commitment to the proposed delivery date.

Compensation

Payment of 250-300 USDC upon successful completion.
