Superteam Earn is seeking a Rainmaker (Growth/BD/Partnerships) for a 3-month gig to significantly increase earning opportunities on their platform. The goal is to help Superteam Earn grow from $10M to $100M Total Value Earned by bringing in new sponsors and nurturing existing relationships. This role requires a self-driven individual to identify and secure new opportunities, upsell, and build strong partnerships.

Earning opportunities are the backbone of Superteam Earn —&nbsp;the magnet that attracts talent to the Solana ecosystem and keeps the flywheel going.</p><p class="text-node">We’re looking for a Rainmaker (Growth/BD/Partnerships) at Superteam Earn —&nbsp;someone who can <strong>bring in earning opportunities</strong> and help us go from $10M to $100M Total Value Earned through the platform. The initial duration of this gig is 3 months.</p><p class="text-node">This will be a high-paced role. You'll be reaching out to potential sponsors, following up with existing sponsors, upselling where it makes sense, and help build better partner relationships from end to end. This is not a role where you’ll be given a detailed playbook — you’ll be expected to figure things out, propose ideas, and run with them. We’ll work closely with you, but you’ll be driving things.</p><h3 class="heading-node">What You'll Be Doing</h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Reaching out to potential sponsors to bring new earning opportunities to Earn</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Following up with current and recent sponsors to learn what worked, what didn’t, and what could be better</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Helping existing sponsors come back for more by upselling or re-engaging them</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Working on meaningful partnerships that improve the sponsor experience on Earn</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Sharing your plans, keeping us in the loop, and executing fast — results matter</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Two team calls a week (Tuesdays &amp; Fridays) </p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">What We’re Looking For</h3><ul class="list-node"><li><p class="text-node">Someone who has done growth, sales, BD, or partnerships before — especially in crypto</p></li><li><p class="text-node">Comfortable reaching out cold, following up, and negotiating</p></li><li><p class="text-node">You’re self-driven and can work with autonomy</p></li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Compensation</h3><p class="text-node">This is a <strong>3-month gig</strong>. We’re assessing the effectiveness of the role itself, and your performance in it. If things work out, this could turn into a full-time recurring gig. </p><p class="text-node">Payment is in USDC.
