The sponsor is seeking a Social Media Manager to grow and manage online communities across various platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram. This role involves developing and executing a social media content strategy, planning and posting engaging content, moderating community platforms, organizing events, and tracking KPIs to boost engagement and align with brand and Web3 trends.

<ul class="list-node"><li>Grow and manage online communities (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Lens, Farcaster, etc.)</li><li>Develop and execute a social media content strategy aligned with brand and Web3 trends.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and post engaging content: updates, memes, education, threads, AMAs, etc.</li><li>Moderate community platforms, respond to queries, and manage community health.</li><li>Organize community events, contests, or partnerships to boost engagement Collaborate with marketing, product, and dev teams to ensure alignment on announcements and roadmap communication.</li><li>Track and report on KPIs like engagement, follower growth, sentiment, etc.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Skills<ul class="list-node"><li>2–4 years of experience in community management or social media, ideally in Web3, crypto, or tech</li><li>Deep understanding of DePIN, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems</li><li>Experience managing Discord, Telegram, and Twitter/X communities</li><li>Strong copywriting and storytelling skills (threads, posts, memes)</li><li>Comfortable with analytics tools (Twitter Analytics, Notion, Dune, or custom dashboards)</li><li>Event coordination experience (AMAs, Twitter Spaces, virtual meetups) is a plus</li></ul>Traits<ul class="list-node"><li>Meme-literate and culturally tuned into crypto Twitter and Web3 discourse</li><li>Self-starter with the ability to work async with globally distributed teams</li><li>Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills</li><li>Passionate about decentralization, open-source, and the future of infrastructureNote: This is a full time, work from Office role.</li></ul>
