It's that time of the hackathon cycle again when we search for the most promising projects. Previous editions of Solana’s hackathons have been the birthplace of legendary projects such as Solflare, Tensor, and Dialect, among others. This year's theme is titled the "Cypherpunk".<a class="link" href="https://www.colosseum.com/cypherpunk" target="_blank">Cypherpunk</a> is the latest edition of Solana’s online global hackathon and this year it is bigger and better. Winners will go ahead to qualify for the Colesseum incubator program which can mean a $250,000 investment into your project. This listing is a side track, dedicated to projects from Romania that have been built with the supervision of Superteam Balkan and Solana Romania within the 2-week hackathon period. Participate in the Build Station, virtual boot camps, IRL co-hacks in Bucharest, Iasi or Timisoara or project review sessions to qualify.<h2 class="heading-node">Eligibility&nbsp;</h2><ol class="list-node"><li>You must participate in the in the Build Station, virtual boot camps, IRL co-hacks in Bucharest, Iasi or Timisoara or project review sessions to qualify. Check out our <a class="link" href="https://discord.gg/7uhrxYufCw" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">discord</a> for details.</li><li>You must register for the hackathon on the <a class="link" href="https://www.colosseum.com/" target="_blank">Colosseum platform</a> and mark Romania or one of the Balkan countries as your country of residence.&nbsp;</li><li>You must submit to the Cypherpunk hackathon and mark Romania as your country.</li><li>Your project must be eligible as per the <a class="link" href="https://www.colosseum.com/code-of-ethics/" target="_blank">official rules of the global hackathon</a></li></ol>The Project must be submitted to the Colosseum portal as well as on Superteam Earn.&nbsp;<h2 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h2>The judging criteria for the Solana Romania Track will mirror that of the global hackathon.
