Superteam Global is seeking a high-agency generalist to support its operations and systems. The role involves maintaining current machinery, identifying and implementing improvements, and automating processes to enhance efficiency and scalability for regional Superteams. The objective is to achieve leverage through better systems, streamlined workflows, and faster velocity for the global team.

Superteam is a community of founders, developers, designers, and operators building in the Solana ecosystem.Superteam Global is a nimble team that supports the regional Superteams through insights, feedback, distribution, and leverage. Leverage includes building internal tools and systems to give regional Superteams the ability to scale quickly.We’re hiring a high-agency generalist to work directly with the global team across everything.This is not a “manage one function” job.This is an open-ended and ownership-heavy role with the expectation that you will keep the current machinery running while figuring out ways to improve and/or automate it.<h2 class="heading-node">The Philosophy of This Role</h2>The only way to improve a system is to understand it. The only way to understand it is to run it. You will get your hands dirty — running workflows, fixing broken automations, cleaning messy data, chasing missing context. Doing the work is the only way to redesign it properly.The end goal is leverage: better systems, fewer manual steps, cleaner information flow, higher velocity for the global team, and the ability to quickly scale country chapters.<h2 class="heading-node">Scope of Work &amp; Responsibilities</h2>The role is highly dynamic and will look different each day, but to give you a taste of some of the things involved with this role, here’s an indicative list of things you will pick up:<ul class="list-node"><li>Assisting with the onboarding process for new market leads.</li><li>Providing support to regional leads, addressing their needs and questions.</li><li>Reviewing Luma events and managing the Superteam calendar.</li><li>Analysing regional stats and sharing short reports with the global team.</li><li>Handling various ad-hoc and recurring operational tasks that arise at a global Superteam level.</li><li>Conducting QA for the product team (internal and external tools like Superteam Earn).</li><li>Identifying opportunities to optimise existing processes and implement more efficient workflows.</li><li>Collaborating with different teams to ensure cross-functional projects are executed effectively.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Required Qualifications</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Proven experience in an operational role, ideally with some exposure to Chief of Staff responsibilities or similar high-ownership positions.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and bottlenecks.</li><li>A "get things done" attitude, comfortable with both strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and using AI.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with diverse global teams.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Compensation</h2>Compensation: Variable. Please provide your expected monthly compensation in USDG in your application. This role might involve a trial period of up to a month before the candidate is finalised.
