An in-depth review of the cards (Virtual & physical) offerings in the ecosystem.

Areas to capture (Use tabular format):

1.⁠ ⁠Competitors

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Card issuance fees

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Authorization fees

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Apple/Google Pay capabilities

5.⁠ ⁠⁠FX Fees (% fees on transactions outside of USD e.g FX charges on the transaction process on a EUR, AED or GBP merchant.

6.⁠ ⁠⁠ATM withdrawal fee

7.⁠ ⁠⁠Refund, reversal, decline, and dispute fees

8.⁠ ⁠⁠KYC or ID verification fees (if applicable or not)

Evaluation Criteria:

A review of the Rebates, cashbacks, promos, and incentives offered by “ALL COMPETITORS” and how they rank. 

Recommendations of potentially overlooked opportunities, especially for local SMEs or businesses focused on imports, such as clothing, beauty, cosmetics, and accessories merchants.

Note: This review should cover Fintech and Web3 providers, e.g. Grey Finance - Fintech and Onboard - Web3.
