About Superteam Türkiye & Arf

Superteam Türkiye is the central hub for Web3 builders, founders, and creatives in Türkiye. We connect local talent with global opportunities across the Solana ecosystem and beyond, offering support through grants, bounties, investor connections, and developer resources.

Arf is a regulated liquidity and settlement platform for cross-border payment companies. Using attested, real-world-asset-backed digital assets such as stablecoins, Arf provides short-term, receivable-backed liquidity that lets payment providers settle across borders in real time, without the burden of prefunding. Arf is regulated in Switzerland and works exclusively with licensed financial institutions.

For the Crypto World's Fair, Superteam Türkiye and Arf are partnering to launch a dedicated track for university students in Türkiye. Our goal is to give the next generation of Turkish builders a stage to ship real products on Solana and a path to keep building after the hackathon ends.

Mission

Build an innovative, high-impact project that brings real value to the Solana ecosystem. As a student team, you have something most builders don't: direct access to a fresh, curious user base on your campus. We want to see projects that solve real problems, show a clear plan to reach users, and have the potential to grow beyond the hackathon.

‼️ For eligibility, you must submit your project to THREE places: the main Colosseum Crypto World's Fair portal, the Superteam Türkiye local track, and this University Track listing. ‼️

Hackathon Track Scope

This track is exclusively for teams of university students currently enrolled at a university in Türkiye. We're looking for original projects, not forks of existing ideas, that genuinely push the boundaries of what's possible on Solana. Think about real-world problems Solana can solve, and how your product can bring new users, especially students and young people, into the ecosystem.

The track is open to all categories. Given Arf's focus, projects in payments, stablecoins, cross-border transfers, remittances, treasury, and PayFi are especially welcome.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements

To be eligible for the Superteam Türkiye x Arf University Track, your team must strictly follow these steps:

1. Student Status: All team members must be currently enrolled students (associate, bachelor's, master's, or PhD) at a university in Türkiye. The Superteam Türkiye team will review student status during evaluation.

2. Country Selection: Select "Turkey" as your primary base country on your Colosseum profile.

3. Intake Form: Fill out the Superteam Türkiye Support & Intake Form so we can track your progress and provide localized mentorship.

4. Community & Updates: Join our Colosseum Hackathon Telegram Group for real-time announcements, team building, and ecosystem support.

5. Triple Submission: You must submit your final project to all three of the following:

   • The main Colosseum Crypto World's Fair portal

   • The Superteam Türkiye local track: Submit Crypto World's Fair Project for Turkish Builders

   • This University Track listing on Superteam Earn

6. Project Assets: Submissions must include a pitch video (max 3 minutes), a demo video (max 3 minutes) showing the product in action, and a publicly accessible GitHub repository. If the repo is private, you must grant judges access.

7. Language: All submission materials, including pitch decks and videos, must be in English.

⚠️ Reminder: Submitting only to this listing is not enough. Projects missing from the Colosseum portal or the Superteam Türkiye local track will be disqualified. The good news: by completing all three, your project is also eligible for the main Superteam Türkiye prize pool.

Judging Criteria

• Ecosystem Impact: Does the project meaningfully enhance the Solana ecosystem with real infrastructure, tooling, or value?

• Originality & Execution: Is the idea fresh, and how well has the team executed it within the hackathon timeframe?

• User Growth Potential: Can this product bring new users into Solana, particularly students and young people, or deepen engagement for those already in crypto?

• Traction & Validation: Have you tested the idea with real users (on your campus, in student clubs, or in your community)? Early feedback and signs of demand count.

• Presentation & Adherence to Rules: Clarity of your pitch and demo videos, and strict compliance with all registration steps (Intake Form, Telegram Group, Triple Submission).
