Write a post-mortem report analyzing the performance of various L1 and L2 blockchains during the recent crypto crash and the AWS outage.

Scope Detail

• Provide an unbiased analysis of how different L1 and L2 blockchains handled both the recent market crash and the AWS outage.

• Focus on technical performance metrics, such as transaction throughput, finality, uptime, and decentralization during these events.

• Highlight any specific vulnerabilities or resilience mechanisms that were exposed or demonstrated.

• Compare and contrast the performance across different ecosystems, drawing conclusions about their robustness.

Submission Requirements

• A well-researched report delivered via Google Doc, Substack, or any other blogging platform. The document must be publicly accessible via a link.

• Comment the link to your report on Raj’s tweet and submit the link to your X reply to the “Tweet Link” field on the Superteam Earn submission form.

• Must be written in English.

• Target length of 1000-2000 words.

• Cite all sources and data referenced.

• Include clear data visualizations (charts, graphs) where appropriate.

Judging Criteria

• Accuracy and Objectivity: The report must present a balanced and unbiased view, backed by verifiable data.

• Depth of Analysis: Comprehensive examination of performance metrics during both events.

• Clarity and Readability: The report should be easy to understand, well-structured, and articulate complex technical concepts simply.

• Insightfulness: Provides meaningful conclusions and lessons learned from the events.

• Data Presentation: Effective use of data and visualizations to support arguments.

Reward Structure

• 1st Place: 2,500 USDC

• Optional Bonus Prize: If Raj Gokal publicly picks your submission as the winner (as per his tweet), you will receive an additional 2,000 USDC. Remember to comment on his post to ensure he knows about your submission!
