Project Eligibility: Projects must have been in development for no more than 2 weeks prior to the hackathon start date (March 21). Pre-existing ideas are welcome, but significant development must happen during or close to the event. Pitch: Has to be IRL during the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://luma.com/HACKWARSAW">hackathon</a>. Judging CriteriaYour live pitch will be evaluated on:<ol class="list-node"><li>Founder + Market Fit (20%) Does the team have the right skillset and experience to succeed in this market? Why are you uniquely positioned to solve this problem?</li><li>Insight (20%) Do you have a unique understanding of the problem space? Is there a new technology or trend creating an opportunity for your solution?</li><li>Product + Execution (15%) How well does your product work? How does it compare to alternatives? How quickly can you ship and iterate?</li><li>Potential Market Size (15%) How large is your total addressable market? Is it growing rapidly? What impact will your project have on market growth?</li><li>Founder Communication (15%) Can you clearly articulate your vision and inspire users/investors to join you?</li><li>Viability (15%) Is there a scalable, sustainable business here?
