Bounty: Create a System to Onboard University Students to Superteam Ireland

Overview
Superteam Ireland is looking for creative ways to bring Irish university students into the community. This could be a meetup series, onboarding app, society partnership, incentive program, or any system that makes it easier for students to discover and join Superteam Ireland. The goal is to grow our pipeline of young builders and connect them with opportunities in the Solana ecosystem.

Deliverables

• Design and run a student onboarding system (can be an event, app, platform, recurring meetup, incentive structure, etc.).

• Ensure that at least 5+ new students join the Superteam Ireland as members, join the community (Telegram) and follow @SuperteamIE.

• Submit a short recap (1–2 paragraphs) including:

  • How your system works

  • Number of students onboarded

  • Photos, screenshots, or proof of activity

  • Links to social posts (yours or from participants)

KPIs

• Impact: 5+ new student signups (with their Telegram/X handles listed).

• Creativity: Unique approach that can be replicated or scaled.

• Visibility: At least 1 social media post tagging @SuperteamIE.

Reward

• $500 USDC/SOL per accepted onboarding system

• Total prize pool: $1000 (2 opportunities available)

Deadline

• Systems must be launched and students onboarded within 4 weeks of bounty assignment.
