Whatever it is, you know your market better than any Web3 native will.So here's the question we're asking: is there one part of your business that onchain would solve better?You don't need to know Solana. You need to know where your current stack breaks.A few examples.<ol class="list-node"><li>A hardware founder in Vietnam has customers all over the world, but can't run a Kickstarter campaign, because Vietnam isn't among the 25 countries where creators are allowed to launch.</li><li>Ask any small exporter about payments: on smaller invoices, correspondent banking fees and FX spreads can eat 3–5%, and the money takes days to arrive.</li><li>Freelancers working with foreign clients deal with the retail version. The client pays $1,000, about $920 shows up a week later, and the difference is spread across a platform fee, the exchange rate, and whichever banks sat in the middle.</li></ol>Those are the problems we want to read about. If you know the problem well but haven't worked out the blockchain side, submit anyway and say so. You can work through that part with the team if your submission makes the top.<h2 class="heading-node">What you actually get</h2>The 5,000 USDC is the headline, but it's not the most valuable thing here.<ul class="list-node"><li>Every top submission gets a working session with our Country Lead. She's built in this market, and she'll tell you what holds up, what doesn't, and what a realistic next step looks like.&nbsp;</li><li>If you need a technical co-founder, we'll introduce standout founders to builders in our community, whether or not you win anything.&nbsp;</li><li>And strong ideas don't stop at the bounty: we point them to grants, hackathons, and our founder programs, and make the introductions ourselves.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Your mission</h2>Take your existing Web2 business or product, or one you know deeply as an operator, and design its onchain version on Solana.Submit a two-page pitch deck plus an MVP or prototype (A prototype can be as simple as a clickable mockup or a flow built on your existing product). Idea-stage submissions are accepted but won't score as well. Vietnamese and English are read equally.Cover four things:<ol class="list-node"><li>The business today. What it is, and the pain point it actually hits.</li><li>Why onchain. This is the core of your pitch. If the honest answer is "it isn't," this bounty isn't for you. Not sure? Tell us exactly where you're doubtful. Honesty about the limits is a plus</li><li>How it works in practice.&nbsp;</li><li>What's next? What would you do tomorrow with a team and resources?</li></ol><h2 class="heading-node">Who should enter</h2>Founders and operators in fintech, commerce, gaming, logistics, and SMEs. What gets you in the door is a working product, paying customers, or genuine expertise in a space you've spent years in. We'd rather read ten sharp submissions from people who know their market cold than a hundred pitches from people who learned what a blockchain is last month. *This bounty is open to Vietnamese citizens and Vietnam-based residents only.
