How it works: Include the partner name in your prompt when building. For example:

This isn't a sandbox. You're launching real products that handle real users and real onchain activity.

What We're Looking For

dApps that survive the hackathon.

We want products with staying power — applications that continue operating after judging ends, attract organic users, and generate measurable onchain activity.

You can build anything—but strong submissions typically fall into:

• Trading interfaces (spot, derivatives, aggregators, limit orders)

• DeFi applications (lending, yield optimization, portfolio management)

• Dashboards & analytics (wallet tracking, protocol metrics, portfolio analysis)

• Automation tools (strategy execution, notifications, condition-based actions)

• New primitives (prediction markets, onchain reputation, social features)

The common thread: solve a real problem with production-quality execution.

Products that demonstrate real user interaction, live usage, and active users.

Integration Requirements

You must integrate deeply with at least one partner.

Using Eitherway to integrate:

When building in Eitherway, simply include the partner name in your prompt (e.g. “Build a dashboard showing Kamino vault positions” or “Create a trading interface using DFlow”). The platform handles the technical integration automatically.

You’ll also select your primary partner on the dropdown menu when submitting your entry with Superteam Earn, but your dApp must clearly use the partner tech in the product.

“Deeply” means building your product around the partner’s core capabilities—not just plugging in a basic integration.

The examples below show what deep integrations look like for each partner - but they’re starting points, not requirements.

Integration Tracks

Solflare

Track focus:
Build dApps where the wallet experience is central to the product - not just a connect button. Treat the wallet as a core interface layer.

Examples of deep integration:

• Custom transaction builders or signing flows

• Portfolio analytics using wallet data

• Multi-sig coordination tools

• Transaction history visualization or analysis

• Wallet-first onboarding experiences

Bonus points for:

• In-app browser compatibility

• Deep linking

• Transaction simulation

What strong submissions look like:

• Wallet is core to the UX, not secondary

• Improves how users interact with transactions

• Feels like a better wallet experience than existing apps

DFlow

Focus: Trading infrastructure and execution quality across spot crypto and prediction markets

Build products that give traders a real edge - better prices, smarter routing, and MEV-resistant execution.

Examples:

• Smart swap interfaces that optimise execution using DFlow routing (spot + prediction markets)

• MEV-protected trading experiences

• Custom trading terminals powered by DFlow liquidity across spot and prediction markets

• Advanced execution systems (TWAP, iceberg, conditional orders)

• Lending and yield products for prediction market outcome tokens

• Prediction market trading bots leveraging real-world data to make informed decisions

What strong submissions look like:

• Demonstrates measurable improvement in execution (price, slippage, speed)

• Improves real trader outcomes (PnL, UX, reliability)

• Uses DFlow as a core part of the product - not just integrated on the surface

Quicknode

Focus: Data infrastructure and performance

Build products that rely on fast, real-time data to deliver better user experiences

Examples:

• Real-time dashboards with live onchain data

• High-performance trading or DeFi interfaces

• Notification or automation systems powered by webhooks

• Data-heavy apps requiring fast RPC and indexing

What strong submissions look like:

• Fast, responsive UX powered by real-time data

• Clear use of Quicknode for performance-critical features

• Handles scale, latency, or data complexity effectively

Birdeye

Focus: Data intelligence and real-time market insights

Build dApps where real-time and historical on-chain data form the core intelligence layer of the product. Go beyond simple price displays—use Birdeye’s API to power deep market analysis, user insights, discovery, and automated execution.

Examples:

• Advanced portfolio analytics with accurate PnL tracking

• Automated trading strategies powered by real-time price feeds

• Whale tracking dashboards and smart money movement monitoring

• Market intelligence tools mapping liquidity, volume, and anomalies

• Custom token screeners and real-time trading alert systems

What strong submissions look like:

• Uses data as a core product engine, not just a display layer

• Surfaces insights users can act on (not just raw data)

• Demonstrates clear improvements in decision-making, speed, or outcomes

Kamino

Focus: Advanced DeFi strategy and position management

Examples:

• Automated vault strategies or rebalancing

• Position management interfaces

• Yield optimization dashboards

• Custom strategy builders

What strong submissions look like:

• Clear improvements in how users manage capital or yield

• Makes complex DeFi strategies simple and usable

• Uses Kamino as a core engine of the product

Track Selection

Choose your primary partner track at submission.

You can integrate with multiple partners, but:

• Your project will compete within your selected track

• You remain eligible for the Grand Prize across all integrations

Submission Requirements

Via Superteam Earn

Your submission must include:

• Live dApp URL created from Eitherway — production-ready and publicly accessible

• Demo video (2–3 minutes) showcasing core functionality and partner integration

• GitHub repository (optional but recommended)

• Integration documentation explaining how you use partner infrastructure

Eligibility

• Open to all team sizes

• Must be deployed on Solana mainnet for final submission

• Must be submitted to Superteam Frontier

Judging Criteria

1. Real-world utility (30%)

• Does this solve a real problem users actively face?

• Is there clear value for the target user?

• Would you use this yourself?

2. Product quality (30%)

• Clean, intuitive UX

• Fast, reliable performance

• Production-ready polish (error handling, edge cases, loading states)

3. Integration depth (25%)

• Meaningful use of partner infrastructure

• Technical sophistication beyond basic implementations

• Demonstrates strong understanding of partner capabilities

4. Adoption potential (15%)

• Can this realistically attract users?

• Is there a clear path to distribution?

• Does the onchain activity model make sense?

Prizes

Grand Prize: $5,000 USDC

Awarded to the most viable, production-ready dApp.

Judges will evaluate based on:

• Must include at least one partner integration (Solflare, DFlow, Quicknode, Birdeye or Kamino) in build

• Production readiness and technical execution

• Strongest combination of utility, quality, and integration depth

• Most credible path to real-world adoption

• Evidence of viability (dApp remains live post-submission)

Partner Track Winners: $3,000 USDC each

Best dApp in each track:

• Birdeye

• Kamino

Awarded based on the judging criteria noted above at submission deadline.

Total Prize Pool: $20,000 USDC

Can I integrate with multiple partners?
Yes. Choose your primary track at submission, but you're eligible for the Grand Prize across all integrations.

Can I use Eitherway with custom code?
Yes. Eitherway is the deployment platform, but you can extend functionality with custom integrations.

How do I choose the specific parnter I want to integrate?

Simply type the partners name to include in your prompt. When submitting to Superteam Earn you will also be asked to input the partner name in your submission.

Do I need to be on Solana mainnet?
Yes for final submission. You can build on devnet during development.

What if I started building this before the hackathon?
That’s fine. We’ll evaluate the scope of work completed during the hackathon period.
