Telegram Knowledge Portal Bot• A Telegram bot that acts as a knowledge base for Superteam Vietnam.• Key Features:• Admin UI: Upload documents to train the bot.• Accurate responses: Must avoid hallucinations and confidently say “NO” if it cannot find the right answer.• Recommended solution: Use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Twitter Management Assistant• The AI should integrate with Superteam Vietnam’s Twitter account to:• Propose tweets for human approval.• Help human admins iterate on tweet drafts by:• Suggesting keywords and correcting Twitter handles (from the list of Superteam VN’s followed accounts).• Finalizing and publishing tweets to the Superteam account.4. Content Advisor for Telegram and Twitter• The AI should assist in creating and iterating content for both Twitter and Telegram group chats.• Enable collaborative conversations with human admins to refine messages for posting.5.
