It’s easy to understand your own project, but explaining it to someone seeing it for the first time (e.g. judges) is much harder. The same applies to hackathons: you can have the best project, but if your pitch or submission is weak, you won’t win a prize because the judges won’t recognize its potential. That’s why it’s important to start practicing this early. Specifically, we focus on three criteria:<ul class="list-node"><li>Clarity and Coherence: How clearly and engagingly the project, its problem, and its Solana integration are explained.</li><li>Length: The thread should not exceed 8 posts. In hackathons like Colosseum, judges often don’t have time to go through overly long submissions, so keeping your explanation concise is key.</li></ul><ul class="list-node"><li>Completeness: Whether all aspects of the scope (project description, Solana usage, ecosystem contribution, hackathon mention) are covered.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Reward Structure</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>1st Place: 350 USDG</li><li>2nd Place: 250 USDG</li><li>3rd Place: 150 USDG</li></ul>
