Hackathon Track: Real Estate & RWA Innovation with Solana

Participants are encouraged to build solutions that merge real-world assets (RWA), payments, and real estate finance. Suggested concepts include (but are not limited to):

  Enable fractional ownership of premium properties with on-chain governance and liquid secondary markets.
  

• On-Chain Rental & Leasing Platforms
  Use smart contracts for transparent rental agreements, automated payments, and trustless security deposits.
  

• Stablecoin-Powered Real Estate Payments
  Streamline cross-border property transactions and rental payments using stablecoins, reducing settlement times and costs.
  

• Mortgage & Credit Innovations on Solana
  Develop decentralized mortgage pools or stablecoin-backed lending products secured by tokenized property.
  

• RWA Collateralization Protocols
  Allow tokenized real estate to serve as collateral in DeFi, unlocking new forms of liquidity for property owners and investors.
  

• Property Due Diligence & Proof-of-Ownership on Chain
  Build transparent systems for title management, proof-of-ownership, and real estate registries using Solana.

Projects will be evaluated on:

• Practical Application – Does the solution bring meaningful innovation to real estate and real-world assets?

• Blockchain Relevance – Is Solana integral to solving the problem and improving the solution?

• Adoptability – Is the solution usable, scalable, and attractive to consumers, property owners, or institutional partners?

• Innovation & Impact – How transformative is the solution for the intersection of real estate, RWA, and payments?
