Your Mission

Most hackathon projects die because they lack a growth and distribution strategy. Use the Torque MCP to build a project with a built-in growth loop. Prove your project can acquire and retain real users.

Scope

Rather than teams building projects specifically for Torque, we want to see Torque integrated to power your project’s growth.

1. Integration: Use the Torque MCP to trigger growth primitives.

2. Live Activity: Pass custom_events or onchain actions to Torque. We judge based on live project activity not just code.

3. Builder Experience: Provide a brief “Friction Log”. Tell us what broke, what was confusing, and how we could further improve.

Submission Requirements

• Projects must pass custom_events, trigger incentives, or distributors through the Torque MCP or API.

• A link to public GitHub repo containing your project’s code

• A short demo video of how your project uses Torque, posted on X tagging @torqueprotocol.

• Project is encouraged to be submitted to multiple tracks including the main Frontier hackathon

• Projects will be judged based on the measurable use of incentives, either by rewards given or number of participants

Reward Structure

• 🥇 1st Place: $1,500 USDC

• 🥈 2nd Place: $1,000 USDC

• 🥉 3rd Place: $500 USDC

Mentorship support to winning teams from Torque to keep building after the hackathon as well
