Mission

Lay the groundwork for your startup by transitioning from ideation to a structured business model. This bounty rewards students who actively participate in the curriculum and produce the first four critical slides of their pitch deck using the official Superteam Deck Template.

Who can participate

This bounty is exclusively for Solana Startup Terminal students – BP Track.

Scope Detail

To complete this bounty, you must execute the following three components:

• Educational Attendance:

  • Attend (or watch the recordings of) 2 Lectures on GTM Structuring: 31.03 + 7.04

  • Demonstrate how the concepts from these lectures have influenced your strategy.

• Checkpoint Pitch:

  • Present your initial idea during the Checkpoint session — 30.03.

  • Deliver a concise pitch that clearly articulates the "secret sauce" of your project to mentors.

• Pitch Deck Development (4 Slides): Using the provided template, create the following slides:
  Intro Slide

  Problem Slide

  Competitor Slide
  GTM slide

Submission Requirements

To claim the reward, submit a link (Google Drive, Figma, or PDF) containing:

• The 4 Slides: Designed according to the Superteam visual guidelines.

• Checkpoint Confirmation: A post on X with confirming your participation in the Checkpoint pitch and tag https://x.com/SuperteamUKR

• Lecture Insight: A 1-2 sentence summary of the key takeaway you implemented from the GTM lectures.

• Attendance is mandatory. Submissions without lecture participation will not be considered.

• You must provide the email address used for the live lecture in your submission.

Judging Criteria

• Adherence to Template: How well did you follow the provided visual and structural guides?

• Value Proposition: Is your one-liner punchy and outcome-focused?

• Problem-Solution Fit: Does the problem slide logically lead to the solution you are building?

• Competitive Awareness: Does the competitor slide show a deep understanding of the current market landscape?
