- The insights gained - what did you learn about the user’s experience with the product/service/pain point that could inform either future product development (functionality, UX feedback) or commercial strategy (e.g. pricing, how to market)

Examples could include: Interviewing a web3 user about their experience with a recently launched product or service; Interviewing someone about what their current pain points are to identify a gap in the web3 market.

To maximise your likelihood of winning: Also submit evidence that the interview actually happened (ideally a publicly available video on social media, or a private audio recording if preferred); Ask tough questions, including follow up questions - really dig into what your user/customer thinks and why - don’t accept lazy answers!
