<h1 class="heading-node">About RPC Fast</h1><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://rpcfast.com">RPC Fast</a> provides high-performance Solana mainnet RPC and data streaming infrastructure, from lightweight endpoints for early-stage development to production-grade infrastructure.We offer teams access to high-performance infrastructure throughout the hackathon and the post-hackathon evaluation period.<h1 class="heading-node">Hackathon Track Scope</h1>All Colosseum participants can claim free access to the Focus plan for up to two months. Other plans are available upon request based on the project fit.Keep building after the hackathon and share your journey with the Solana ecosystem. The strongest teams with the most engagement will be rewarded with 1-2 months of low latency RPC and gRPC infrastructure access.Note: RPC Fast currently provides mainnet endpoints only, with infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt (FRA).Offer period: September 15 – November 15.<h2 class="heading-node">Eligibility</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Submit your project to both the Colosseum hackathon and RPC Fast Superteam Infrastructure Sidetrack.</li><li>Your project must be eligible as per the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="link" href="https://www.colosseum.org/hackathon#faqs">official rules of the global hackathon</a>.</li><li>Use RPC Fast infrastructure during and after the hackathon. Fill out the <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://forms.gle/51MZm3SNwy1KB93CA">application form</a> to claim the Focus plan access for up to two months (other plans are available upon request, based on the project profile).</li><li>Follow <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://x.com/rpcfast">@rpcfast</a> on X.</li><li>Join our <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://t.me/rpc_fast">Telegram</a> and <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://discord.com/invite/WYMDrbfUhq">Discord</a> communities for support and updates.</li><li>Publish at least 2–3 posts per month about RPC Fast in the next two months. Share your experience, progress, use case, or feedback.</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">Bonus engagement</h3>Additional interaction is welcome and will be considered when selecting the winners:<ul class="list-node"><li>Quotes and reposts of RPC Fast posts; replies and comments.</li><li>Educational or technical content featuring your build.</li><li>Community interaction across RPC Fast's X, Telegram, and Discord channels.</li></ul><hr><h1 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h1><ul class="list-node"><li>Project: concept, originality, and execution.</li><li>Infrastructure use: meaningful use of RPC Fast.</li><li>Community presence: consistency and quality of engagement.</li><li>Impact: overall visibility and value generated for the RPC Fast community.</li></ul>The goal is to reward teams that build great products, use the infrastructure meaningfully, and actively share their journey with the community.Ready to build? Let's support each other.<hr><h1 class="heading-node">Reward Structure</h1>Total reward pool: ~$10,500 in RPC infrastructure credits distributed across 21 selected teams. Each team is eligible for an equivalent of ~$500 prize.Each selected team receives one of the following infrastructure packages, based on their choice:<ol class="list-node"><li>One month of the Aperture subscription – $499 value. Best for high-load and trading apps. Access to Shredstream gRPC and our optimised TxStream gRPC (decoded shreds stream) with ALT resolution and optional real-time transaction simulation.</li><li>Two months of the Stream subscription – $498 value. Ideal for data-intensive apps with less extensive compute usage and mostly relying on Yellowstone gRPC usage.</li></ol><h3 class="heading-node">Build faster. Keep your infrastructure running</h3><hr><h1 class="heading-node">Terms &amp; Conditions</h1><ol class="list-node"><li>Infrastructure usage and acceptable activity RPC Fast reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any plan, including prize subscriptions, in cases of abuse, prohibited activity, excessive or unreasonable load, spam, or any other activity that violates RPC Fast's <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://docs.rpcfast.com/legal/terms-of-service">Terms of Service</a>, or materially affects the service or other customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Prize value The prize value is limited to $499 (1 month of Aperture plan usage) or $498 (if two months of Stream plan selected) equivalent.</li><li>Form of rewards All prizes are provided exclusively in the form of RPC Fast subscription plans assigned to the selected teams. Prizes are not paid or transferred as cash, cryptocurrency, or other monetary funds.</li><li>Prize activation Prize subscriptions will be assigned to selected teams within two (2) weeks after the official announcement of the sidetrack results. The subscription will be scheduled to start immediately upon assignment.&nbsp;</li><li>No rescheduling or cash equivalent It is the participant's responsibility to use the awarded subscription during its assigned period. Unused subscription time, CU credits, or other included resources cannot be carried over, rescheduled, extended, or exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other monetary equivalent.</li><li>Plan selection Winning teams may choose between the Aperture and Stream plans, subject to infrastructure fit and the team choice.
