Australia has some of the best builders in the world. Now it is time to prove it on the global stage.Superteam Australia is offering an additional 10,000 USDG prize pool for the best Australian projects competing in Colosseum’s Crypto World’s Fair.Crypto World’s Fair brings builders from across the world’s leading blockchain ecosystems into one open competition. This side track is our way of backing the strongest Australian founders taking part.Whether you have been building on Solana for years or are entering the ecosystem for the first time, if you are building an ambitious product on Solana and at least one member of your founding team is based in Australia, you are eligible.<h2 class="heading-node">Prizes</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>1st place: 6,000 USDG</li><li>2nd place: 2,000 USDG</li><li>3rd place: 1,000 USDG</li><li>Two bonus prizes: 500 USDG each</li></ul>The bonus prizes will recognise two standout projects outside the top three that demonstrate exceptional promise, execution or originality.These prizes are in addition to anything you may win through Crypto World’s Fair, including the US$100,000 Solana ecosystem track, general awards and potential consideration for the Colosseum Accelerator.<h2 class="heading-node">Eligibility</h2>To qualify for this side track:<ul class="list-node"><li>Your project must be entered into the Solana ecosystem track of Crypto World’s Fair.</li><li>At least one founder or core team member must be based in Australia.</li><li>You must comply with the official Crypto World’s Fair rules and submission requirements.</li><li>Your project must be submitted to both Crypto World’s Fair and this Superteam Earn listing by the relevant deadlines.</li><li>You must provide a working product or prototype that the judges can evaluate.</li></ul>Teams may enter from anywhere in Australia, including university teams, first-time founders and established builders launching something new.<h2 class="heading-node">What we are looking for</h2>We want to see products with the potential to become real, enduring startups.Projects will be assessed on:<ul class="list-node"><li>Product: Does it work, and is the experience compelling?</li><li>Problem: Is the team solving something meaningful for a clearly defined user?</li><li>Originality: Is the project meaningfully different from what already exists?</li><li>Use of Solana: Does Solana materially improve the product?</li><li>Execution: How much has the team built during the competition?</li><li>Potential: Could this develop into a globally significant company?</li></ul>A polished pitch deck is not a substitute for a functioning product.
