<h2 class="heading-node">About Superteam Nepal</h2>Superteam Nepal is a community of founders, developers, and operators working together to support growth and collaboration within the Solana ecosystem. We connect talented individuals with opportunities and provide resources to help them succeed within the community. For the Crypto World's Fair hackathon, we're especially excited to see the innovative projects emerging from our local Nepali track.<hr><h2 class="heading-node">Track Scope</h2>This track is a local prize pool for Nepali teams competing in Colosseum's Crypto World's Fair, the first multichain Colosseum hackathon. You build your project for the global hackathon, submit it there, and this listing pays out the best Nepali submissions on top of anything you win globally. The hackathon itself is multichain, but this prize pool is for Solana projects; your submission must be built on Solana to win here. To be clear, this is not a separate competition and not an intro program. If you are entering the Crypto World's Fair from the Nepal, you are already who this is for. Colosseum announces prize tracks, judges, sponsors and developer resources on their side, so check <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://colosseum.com/worldsfair">their site</a> for the global details.<hr><h2 class="heading-node">Eligibility</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Your project is built on Solana</li><li>Your team is from Nepal</li><li>You must register for the hackathon on <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://colosseum.com/?ref=stnpl-new">Colosseum</a> and pick your country during signup as “Nepal”</li><li>Your project must be submitted to the Colosseum portal as well as on Superteam Earn</li><li>Your project must be eligible under the official rules of the global hackathon</li></ul><hr><h2 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Ecosystem Impact: does the project contribute real value through infrastructure, tooling, or a product people need?</li><li>Product-Market Fit: is there a clear problem, a defined user, and early signs that the solution works?</li><li>Growth Potential: can the project attract new users or deepen engagement among existing ones?</li></ul><hr><h2 class="heading-node">Rewards</h2>Total pool: $5,000<ul class="list-node"><li>1st place: $2,000</li><li>2nd place: $1,250</li><li>3rd place: $750</li><li>Best student team: $400 (a team where most members are students)</li><li>First-time team bonus: $100 × 6 teams (your first Colosseum hackathon)</li></ul><hr><h2 class="heading-node">Key Dates</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Colosseum submissions close October 12. That is the global deadline, and your project must be in the Colosseum portal by then.</li><li>Demo Day in Kathmandu (TBH). Our own closing event, open to everyone, with a $5,000 prize pool and other giveaways for Solana startups. It happens after the Colosseum deadline, so it does not affect your submission.</li></ul><hr><h2 class="heading-node">Build With Us</h2>If you can be in Kathmandu, or any other place where we run a <a target="" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://luma.com/superteamnpevents">Buildstation</a>, a hackathon coworking space, for the final stretch of the hackathon, with mentorship, workshops, pitch practice, and food and drinks every day.
