Shared sequencers solve the biggest problems for Ethereum’s rollup-centric future. Using Solana as a shared sequencer leverages a well-tested, secure, and high throughput network to solve these problems.We are building a shared sequencer that can be integrated with any Ethereum based rollups. It is intended to be used for thousands of rollups.You will be required to:<ul><li>Become an expert on their rollup integration and setup process</li><li>Write technical documentation, code snippets &amp; example programs to cover features including but not limited to:<ul><li>Setup Rollup using Rome</li><li>Deploy Contract</li><li>Create test arbitrage scripts</li></ul></li><li>Writing documentation on gitbook for Rome<ul><li>Involves customer onboarding</li><li>How Rome works</li><li>Technical know how Shared sequencer landscape</li><li>Create articles about Rome, how it works</li></ul></li><li>Work closely with the Rome team &amp; iterate quickly based on feedback.</li></ul>You will be a good fit if you:<ul><li>have worked as a developer or technical writer in Solana and EVM</li><li>have a good understanding of Rollups</li><li>take a high level of ownership of your work</li></ul>Skills and competency needed:<ul><li>English writing skills</li><li>shared sequencer,</li><li>Rollup, RaaS, L2, zkEVM etc.</li><li>Interoperability between chain</li><li>Atomicity</li><li>Solana and Ethereum ecosystem</li></ul><h2>Payments &amp; Logistics</h2><ul><li>Selected candidates will be required to start right away</li><li>This is a fully remote project</li><li>This is a 4-6 week contract with a compensation of $4000 USDC</li><li>At end of the work successful candidate may have full time opportunity with Rome.</li></ul>
