Rome Protocol is building a shared sequencer network leveraging Solana. Shared sequencers solve the biggest problems for Ethereum’s rollup-centric future. Using Solana as a shared sequencer leverages a well-tested, secure, and high throughput network to solve these problems.
We are building a shared sequencer that can be integrated with any Ethereum based rollups. It is intended to be used for thousands of rollups.
You will be required to:
Become an expert on their rollup integration and setup process
Write technical documentation, code snippets & example programs to cover features including but not limited to:
Setup Rollup using Rome
Deploy Contract
Create test arbitrage scripts
Writing documentation on gitbook for Rome
Involves customer onboarding
How Rome works
Technical know how Shared sequencer landscape
Create articles about Rome, how it works
Work closely with the Rome team & iterate quickly based on feedback.
You will be a good fit if you:
have worked as a developer or technical writer in Solana and EVM
have a good understanding of Rollups
take a high level of ownership of your work
Skills and competency needed:
English writing skills
shared sequencer,
Rollup, RaaS, L2, zkEVM etc.
Interoperability between chain
Atomicity
Solana and Ethereum ecosystem
Selected candidates will be required to start right away
This is a fully remote project
This is a 4-6 week contract with a compensation of $4000 USDC
At end of the work successful candidate may have full time opportunity with Rome.
