CyreneAI Cadet Business Development Program

CyreneAI is a fair-launch fundraising platform that helps early-stage founders raise capital transparently by fractionalizing their SAFT/SAFE allocations and selling them through an open bonding-curve mechanism.

In the last 12 weeks, CyreneAI has helped early teams raise over $1.5 Million, making it one of the Top 4 launchpads on Solana (supported by Solana Foundation).

Our mission is to democratize access to early capital by allowing builders to raise instantly, and build in public - without relying on venture gatekeepers.

The Program:

CyreneAI’s growth depends on onboarding high-quality, credible projects. While demand exists, deal sourcing is currently centralized and capacity-constrained.

This program:

 • Scales business development without increasing fixed overhead

 • Aligns incentives between contributors and the protocol

 • Maintains strict quality control through team-led vetting

Role Definition: Business Development Associate (BDA)

BDAs are independent contributors who:

 • Source and introduce projects interested in fundraising or token launches via CyreneAI

 • Facilitate warm introductions and early coordination

 • Do not represent CyreneAI in any legal or contractual capacity

BDAs act purely as referral partners.

Referral Vetting & Approval (New)

To ensure ecosystem integrity:

 • All referred projects must be vetted and officially reviewed by the CyreneAI team

 • Acceptance is based on internal criteria including (but not limited to):

 • Project legitimacy and team credibility

 • Clear fundraising or token launch intent

 • Strategic alignment with CyreneAI

 • The CyreneAI team retains full discretion to accept or reject any referral

A referral is only considered valid once formally approved by the team.

Token Launch Limitation (New)

To prevent abuse and misaligned incentives:

 • Each approved project may launch only one token via CyreneAI

 • BDAs earn fee share only on that single token launch

 • Repeat launches, token migrations, or additional tokens are not eligible

This ensures:

 • Long-term protocol health

 • Clear incentive alignment

 • No token farming or artificial volume generation

Compensation Structure

1. Transaction Fee Share

 • BDAs earn 8% of all transaction fees generated by their approved referred project

 • Applies for the lifetime of the project’s single token

 • Paid via agreed payout mechanism (on-chain or off-chain)

2. Guaranteed Stipend (Performance-Gated)

To support early contributors:

 • BDAs receive $100/month for up to 3 months

 • This stipend is activated only if:

 • The BDA delivers at least one vetted and approved referral within the first month

 • Maximum guaranteed payout per BDA: $300
