We bring together developers, creators, founders, and operators to build real projects, connect talent, and create long-term impact. We believe in open collaboration, strong local presence, and building in public.<h2 class="heading-node">Mission</h2>Design original merchandise for “El Taller”, La Familia’s two-week build station taking place in Madrid on April.“El Taller” is a physical and collaborative space where builders come together to work, learn, share ideas, and ship products. The merchandise should visually represent this energy: creation, focus, community, and momentum.<h2 class="heading-node">Scope Detail</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Design unique, eye-catching merchandise that represents both El Taller and La Familia’s presence in Spain.</li><li>Designs should:<ul class="list-node"><li>Capture the spirit of a build station: collaboration, execution, creativity, and momentum.</li><li>Clearly connect to La Familia’s brand identity and values.</li><li>Feel relevant to Spain, builders, and the Web3 / tech ecosystem.</li><li>Work across multiple merchandise formats and printing methods.</li></ul></li><li>Merchandise examples (not limited to):<ul class="list-node"><li>T-shirts</li><li>Hoodies</li><li>Tote bags</li><li>Stickers or other relevant items</li></ul></li><li>Designs must be adaptable and scalable, suitable for both physical production and digital use.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h2>Each submission must include:<ul class="list-node"><li>Digital design files suitable for print (AI, PSD, SVG, or high-resolution PNG/JPG).</li><li>Mockups applied to at least three different merchandise items (e.g., T-shirt, tote bag, mug).</li><li>A short written explanation (English or Spanish) explaining:<ul class="list-node"><li>The design concept.</li><li>How it represents El Taller and La Familia.</li></ul></li><li>All work must be 100% original.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h2>Submissions will be evaluated based on:<ul class="list-node"><li>Creativity &amp; Originality: How fresh, innovative, and distinctive is the design?</li><li>Relevance to El Taller &amp; La Familia: Does it clearly reflect the build station and our community?</li><li>Aesthetic Quality: Is the design visually strong, clean, and well executed?</li><li>Versatility: Can it work across different items and production techniques?</li><li>Clarity of Concept: Is the message easy to understand and compelling?</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Reward Structure</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>1st Place: 500 USDC</li><li>2nd Place: 300 USDC</li><li>3rd Place: 200 USDC Assets: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1LfcTrENu8fHjCEmCtkLvyNPx2x_0b7-t">https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1LfcTrENu8fHjCEmCtkLvyNPx2x_0b7-t</a></li></ul>
