Mission

Develop an educational module on Web3 marketing and business go-to-market (GTM) strategies to guide teams from concept to final hackathon pitch.

Scope Detail

• Develop 4 lectures on Web3 marketing and GTM, covering these topics:

  • Market Research and Competitor Landscape

  • GTM Structuring

  • Marketing team management

  • Marketing with a $0 budget

• Create a Practical Toolkit: a set of ready-to-use templates for founders (e.g., GTM strategy template, launch checklist, competitor analysis table).

• Build a Knowledge Base: Prepare case studies of successful Web3 launches.

Submission Requirements

• All materials for the 4 lectures must be submitted (Google Slides/Canva/PDF).

• The created templates (Toolkit) should be clear and immediately usable by founders. Include links to them or the files themselves.

• A link to the created knowledge base must be provided.
  
  
  Demonstrate an understanding of the Solana ecosystem and the specifics of Colosseum hackathons.
  Ability to transform complex business concepts into simple, actionable steps.
  Skills in creating presentations and public speaking (for delivering lectures).

Judging Criteria

• Completeness of all 4 lecture materials.

• Clarity, usability, and immediate usefulness of the Practical Toolkit templates.

• Relevance and quality of the Web3 launch case studies in the Knowledge Base.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Solana ecosystem and hackathon context.

• Ability to break down complex topics into actionable steps.
