Mission

Create a compelling piece of content explaining a major asset or market in your country that could benefit from tokenization, detailing its current state, existing problems, and how tokenization could solve them.

Scope Detail

• Identify a specific asset or market in your local country that is ripe for tokenization (e.g., real estate in Nigeria, private companies in India, agriculture in Argentina, carbon credits in Brazil, collectibles in Japan, etc).

• Describe how this market currently operates, including its existing structures and common practices.

• Clearly articulate the problems, inefficiencies, or barriers that exist within this market today (e.g., high capital thresholds, illiquidity, opaque pricing, complex legal processes, fragmented ownership).

• Explain in detail how tokenization could transform access, ownership, trading, or investment in this asset/market.

  • Consider aspects like fractional ownership, increased liquidity, digital trading infrastructure, improved transparency, and broadened investor participation.

• Your submission should demonstrate deep knowledge of both the chosen asset/market and the principles of tokenization.

Submission Requirements

• Format: Choose one of the following:

  • An X (formerly Twitter) post or thread.

  • An article (e.g. a blog post or essay).

  • A short-form video posted on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

• Language: Must be in English.

• Content: The submission must explain:

  • What asset/market you would tokenize.

  • How that market works today.

  • What problems/inefficiencies exist.

  • How tokenization could change it.

Judging Criteria

• Clarity and Depth: How well do you explain the chosen market, its current state, and the potential impact of tokenization?

• Local Knowledge: Does the submission demonstrate a strong understanding of your local market's specifics?

• Originality of Thought: Is the chosen asset/market and the proposed tokenization solution insightful and well-reasoned?

• Impact of Tokenization: How effectively do you illustrate the transformative potential of tokenization for the identified problems?

• Engagement (for X posts/videos): For X submissions and videos, engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments) may be considered.

Reward
