About FairScale

FairScale is all about making reputation the new currency. We're building the infrastructure that lets you use on-chain reputation to prove who you are and what you're capable of doing. Our goal is to create a dynamic, privacy-first scoring system.

Mission

Build, deploy, and gain traction with a production-ready application using FairScale’s reputation infrastructure.

Scope Detail

We're looking for real, deployed, production-ready applications that solve actual problems and demonstrate:

• Technical Excellence:

  • The application must be live on mainnet and accessible to real users.

  • A well-documented GitHub repository is essential.

  • The application should be built for scalability and growth, not just as a demo.

• Meaningful FairScore Integration:

  • FairScore must be a core part of your product's logic, not just a decorative element.

  • Show how reputation is critical in your use case by, for example:

    • Gating access or features based on reputation tiers.

    • Implementing dynamic rewards or benefits tied to FairScore.

    • Using reputation signals for risk management.

    • Weighting allocation mechanisms by credibility.

• Business Viability:

  • Clearly articulate the problem your application solves and its target audience.

  • Explain how your product will generate revenue or create sustainable value.

  • Outline your strategy for acquiring your first 100, 1000, 10,000 users.

  • Provide evidence of demand, such as user interviews, competitor analysis, or early traction.

• Real Traction:

  • Demonstrate active marketing efforts via platforms like X/Twitter, Discord, or Telegram.

  • List on Legends.fun FAIRathon leaderboard NOW with code “FAIRAT” to build in public and prove traction.

  • Share tweets, demos, user testimonials, waitlists, or pilot partnerships.

  • Show us momentum through user numbers, even if they're small.

• Team Quality:

  • We're looking for teams committed to long-term building.

  • Show your ability to move fast, iterate, and ship.

  • Regular updates, responsiveness to feedback, and professional presentation are key.

Submission Requirements

You need to provide:

• A working, public link to your live platform URL.

• A link to your GitHub repository, pushed to FairScale's GitHub organization, with a clear README, setup instructions, and integration documentation.

• A demo video (YouTube/Loom, maximum 5 minutes).

• Slides.

• Evidence of traction, including:

  • A link to your project’s X/Twitter account.

  • Tweets and threads.

  • Your current user count.

  • Screenshots of analytics.

• Team information including names, roles, contact info, and previous experience.

• A link to your Legends.fun product page URL, including demo video, public traction, and founder’s card (list with invite code: FAIRAT).

Judging Criteria

The FairScale team will use these criteria to select the top 6 finalists:

• FairScore Integration (30%): How central and well-explained is the FairScore integration?

• Technical Quality (25%): Is the application production-ready, functional, and well-coded?

• Traction & Users (20%): How much engagement and growth has the project achieved?

• Business Viability (15%): Is there a clear business model, revenue path, and go-to-market strategy?

• Team & Commitment (10%): Does the team demonstrate experience, good communication, and long-term intent?
