Lock in, cut everything else, and ship. That's it.One more thing: if you're going for the Nepal-exclusive $10K local track, your progress across these sprints will factor into judging. So this isn't just a $50 bounty — it's a signal of how serious your team is. Doesn't matter where you started. What matters is how far you pushed it over the weekend.Who Can ApplyAny team registered for Solana's Frontier Hackathon with at least one Nepali member actively building on the project.What Counts as ProgressProgress is evaluated based on what you show, not what you say. Strong submissions will demonstrate:→ A clear before/after: where your project was and where it is now → Working code, new features, or a meaningful architecture upgrade — pushed publicly → A short demo or screen recording showing what changed → Context on what you're building and why it mattersSubmission Requirements→ A public GitHub repo with commits timestamped across the sprint weekend → A 2-3 min Loom/YouTube video walking through what you built and what changed → Brief write-up (can be in the video) on your project idea and the progress you made → Must be an active Frontier submissionEvaluation CriteriaJudges will evaluate based on:→ Depth and quality of progress made (not starting point) → Clarity of what was built and why → Demo quality — show it working, not just describe it → Bonus: teams actively building in public (X/LinkedIn posts during the sprint)DeadlineSubmissions close Tuesday i.e. 28th April ‘26 11:59 PM NPT.
