GotSOL: A Creators Thread and Video bounty

Overview

GotSOL is a Point of Sale (POS) solution built on Solana that empowers merchants and individuals to accept stablecoin payments instantly on any device. Unlike traditional gateways, GotSOL offers a non-custodial approach, ensuring direct-to-wallet settlement with zero intermediaries and free tools, such as bookkeeping and inventory.

This bounty is a call for Writers and Video Creators to produce a compelling, narrative-driven feature highlight that demonstrates the ease of accepting stablecoin payments using the GotSOL POS and merchant tools. We want to see how the POS and tool suite work and why it is a game-changer for merchants and the Solana community.

Scope of the Bounty:

You can choose to participate in one of the following:

• Educational Video.

• Deep-Dive X (Twitter) Thread.

The submission for this bounty is a Twitter thread or an Educational video, with the goal of providing a comprehensive feature highlight of the bookkeeping, inventory and POS features on GotSOL. The thread/video should serve as a detailed, feedback driven overview that is more insightful than a basic "how to" guide already found in the docs; it must explain GotSOL, its features, and how to accept stablecoin payments on GotSOL.

The thread/video should act as a personal account of a user's experience with the POS, documenting their journey with screenshots or videos. Participants should provide a narrative review that walks the audience through the process of setting up a merchant POS or generating a payment link, providing genuine feedback on the user experience, design, and overall functionality. 

The thread or video should highlight what makes the experience seamless, what benefits it provides (such as instant settlement), and what could be improved. The submission should be engaging and visually driven, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for newcomers to the ecosystem.

Thread Requirements:

• Format: Submissions must be a Twitter thread only.

• Content: The thread must focus on a feature highlight of the GotSOL POS and payment tools. The thread must explain GotSOL, its features, and how to accept payments on GotSOL.

• Narrative: The thread must be a narrative-style review of the user's experience.

• Visuals: The thread must include original screenshots to visually document the user's journey.

• Originality: Content must be 100% original and not previously published.

• Accuracy: All factual claims and descriptions of the app's features must be accurate.

Video Requirements: 

• Format: Submit a public post on YouTube or X (Twitter) tagging @SuperteamNG and @GotSOLpay.

• Then, submit the tweet and Video link via the Superteam Earn Platform.

• Length: At least 2 minutes.

• Language: Must be English.

• Content: Must explain GotSOL, its features, and how to accept payments with GotSOL.

• Follow GotSOL across their socials; @GotSOLpay

• No false or misleading claims.

• No harmful, malicious, or copyrighted third-party content.

Prizes

A total prize pool of $1,000 USDC will be distributed among the top submissions.

• 1st Place: $500

• 2nd Place: $300

• 3rd Place: $200

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be evaluated on:

• ​Clarity & Flow: Is the explanation easy to follow?

• Creativity & Narrative: Is the content engaging? Does it tell a story?

• ​Accuracy: Are GotSOL features described correctly?

• ​Visuals/Production: Quality of video editing or thread screenshots.

• ​Engagement: Does the content capture attention and encourage viewers to try GotSOL?

• Follow GotSOL across socials; @GotSOLpay.

How to Submit:

1. Post your content on the required platforms (YouTube/X).

2. Ensure you have tagged @SuperteamNG and @GotSOLpay.

3. Submit the link to your Tweet and/or Video via the Superteam Earn Platform.
