What You’ll Own

You’ll help drive early growth across:

• Twitter/X growth and community engagement

• Lightweight content creation and distribution

• Cold and warm outreach

• Basic partnerships with relevant communities, creators, and projects

• Simple growth experiments to identify what actually moves signups

• Turning what works into a repeatable channel playbook

Success Looks Like

The goal is measurable, practical growth, including:

• More qualified signups

• Improved activation

• Clear learnings from growth experiments

• A repeatable GTM/channel playbook

• Better understanding of which audiences, messages, and channels convert

Requirements

You should have experience with:

• Driving growth for dev tools, crypto products, or early-stage SaaS

• Operating in public and engaging with online communities

• Writing clearly and concisely

• Running honest, non-spammy outreach and growth tactics

• Working independently with minimal hand-holding

Nice to Have

Bonus points if you have:

• Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem

• Relationships with relevant communities, creators, or projects

• Basic analytics skills

• Experience with founder-led or indie product growth

Deliverables & Reporting

I’d expect a lightweight weekly update covering:

• What was shipped

• What was tested

• What worked / didn’t work

• Signup, activation, or engagement results

• Recommended next experiments

Scope & Pay

Please propose:

• Your suggested weekly hours range

• Estimated monthly total: ~$400–$500/month, depending on actual hours worked

We’ll start with a 2–4 week trial with clear goals, then continue if there’s a strong fit.
