Huddle01 is building the 1st DePIN for RTC (real-time communication) which can save up to 90% cost on bandwidth (egress cost), as compared to traditional cloud providers like AWS. Huddle01 achieves this by building a people-powered network that utilizes the bandwidth of people’s home broadband to power audio/video calls between users.

To build this 2-sided marketplace of demand & supply, Huddle01 has taken a product-first approach:

• Demand: Huddle01 Platform (real-time video & audio application) & audio/video SDK (agora’s alternative) - 3M+ minutes of meeting, 35K+ users

• Supply: Huddle01 Node Operators supplying bandwidth - providing minutes - 1K+ waitlist on the nodes

This 2-sided marketplace will be coordinated and governed by our token ($HUDL)

Huddle01 is sponsoring this sidetrack for builders to use its SDK to build communication apps as part of the Renaissance global hackathon. Best projects built on top of Huddle01 will receive $5,000 USDC!
