About This Engagement
Superteam Earn needs to get significantly faster. We’ve handled the basic performance wins, but we need deeper, hands-on work to really make our product feel snappy. Performance directly impacts how users interact with Earn and find the right gigs, making this gig crucial. We're looking for someone to dive in, identify the real bottlenecks on Superteam Earn, and help us ship actual code changes.

Scope of Work & Responsibilities
Audit real performance and load times on key Superteam Earn pages to pinpoint actual slowdowns.
Find root causes for these slowdowns.
Propose and implement actionable fixes.
Work directly with our dev team to implement fixes on Superteam Earn during the engagement.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record optimizing performance in production web apps (dashboards, marketplaces, SaaS).
Deep understanding of modern web app performance bottlenecks..
Prefers shipping actual fixes over theoretical reports.
Comfortable owning a problem for a month and driving solutions independently.
If your idea of performance work is exporting a PageSpeed report and telling us to “compress images,” this is not for you.
