We help projects get more users, keep them engaged, and understand what's really happening on-chain.<h2 class="heading-node">Mission</h2>Onboard new and interesting Web3 projects to Segmento by making direct introductions to their teams.<h2 class="heading-node">Scope Detail</h2>Your main goal is to bring new Web3 projects to Segmento. This involves:<ul class="list-node"><li>Identifying projects: Find Web3 projects that you think would benefit from Segmento's services.</li><li>Initial Outreach: Engage directly with the project's team (founders, core contributors, decision-makers) and introduce them to Segmento. This isn't about sending a list of contacts; you need to actively promote Segmento and gauge their interest.</li><li>Making an Introduction: Once a project shows genuine interest in working with Segmento, set up a Telegram group chat. This chat should include a Segmento team member (specifically <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="link" href="https://t.me/Marek314">@Marek314</a>) and the project's team.</li><li>Successful Onboarding: For your introduction to count towards the bounty, the project needs to start the integration with Segmento within two weeks of your initial introduction. This means they've started actively working with us.</li><li>Self-Introductions: Projects are welcome to submit themselves or introduce their friend projects.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Submission Requirements</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Introduction via Telegram: A successful submission requires you to set up a group chat on Telegram.</li><li>Participants in Chat: This group chat must include <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" class="link" href="https://t.me/Marek314">@Marek314</a> from Segmento and at least one decision-maker from the interested project.</li><li>Project Integration: The introduced project needs to start the integration with Segmento within three weeks of the introduction.</li><li>No Contact Lists: Simply providing a list of contacts will not be counted. Your involvement in promoting Segmento and securing the project's interest is key.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Judging Criteria</h2>Submissions will be judged on two main factors:<ul class="list-node"><li>Number of Projects Onboarded: The total count of unique Web3 projects you successfully introduce and onboard to Segmento.</li><li>Project Earning Potential: The potential amount of USD that Segmento's influencers could earn from the projects you onboard, indicating the quality and potential revenue generated by those projects.</li><li>Genuine Interest: Projects must genuinely be interested in working with Segmento, not just joining a group chat.</li></ul><h2 class="heading-node">Values Segmento can deliver to projects</h2><ul class="list-node"><li>Onboard new users to the project</li><li>Estimate the lifetime value of users</li><li>Identify optimal distribution channels</li><li>Waitlist signup functionality that estimated LTV</li><li>and more</li></ul>For example… Imagine having 100 users from one influencer and 100 users from another. Both groups delivered $1k in fees. First group’s LTV is $100k and the second group $10k. It makes sense to work with the first influencer a lot more to convert the LTV into actual fees.
