Who are they looking for?

A Solana-native, full-time Social Media Manager — someone who knows how to turn narratives, events, and culture into engaging Twitter content.
They’re looking for an enthusiast who can shape the JPool voice and expand its reach across the ecosystem.

What is it?

This bounty doubles as both a competition and a hiring challenge.
The winner will be offered a full-time SMM position with a 1000 USDC/month rate.

What to do:

Design a Twitter content plan for 3 days, showing how you would run JPool’s account if you joined the team.

• 5–10 tweets per day

• Use all creative formats: threads, memes, infographics, polls, or AI visuals

• Incorporate our provided media assets and/or your own AI tool creations

• Mix news reactions, Solana narratives, community engagement, and JPool insights

Submission Requirements

2. Study the project fully:

   • Read docs and features (JSOL mechanics, validator strategy, MEV optimizations)

   • Understand JPool’s place in the Solana liquid staking ecosystem

3. Check competitors & narratives:

   • Solana LST protocols, KOL voices, and content styles

4. Submit a Google Doc or Notion link with your 3-day plan. Each day must include:

   • 5–10 tweet drafts or bullet-point concepts

   • Suggested visuals (our assets + AI-generated are welcome)

   • Goal for each tweet (educate, engage, CTA, etc.)

5. Tweet about your submission to this bounty.

Solana Native

• Knowledge of Solana ecosystem projects (DeFi, NFTs, infra, wallets, validators, etc.)

• Ability to naturally connect JPool’s mission with Solana culture

• Strong understanding of Solana ecosystem trends, narratives, and cultural context.

• Ability to analyze and interpret ecosystem insights and use them to shape Twitter/X content.

Evaluation Criteria

• Engagement potential — hooks, originality, community resonance

• Relevance — Solana-native voice and accuracy

• Creativity — unique use of memes, assets, AI tools, or fresh formats

• Structure — clear 3-day plan with 5–10 tweets each day

Notes

• We will not consider generic AI-generated content mindlessly copy-pasted as a valid submission. We want real ideas, insights, and understanding.

• Facts must be accurate — avoid exaggerated claims about APYs or “risk-free” statements.
