Magic Eden Community Governance is Live!

Overview

The $ME Community DAO Fund is live — seeded with 5M $ME tokens to support community-driven programs and ideas that grow the Magic Eden ecosystem. Governance is now in the community’s hands, and voting is how decisions get made.

This bounty’s goal is simple: show people where and how to vote. Make it clear that voting lives inside the Governance section of Magic Eden (on web or the mobile app), and that users must have $ME staked to participate.

If you’d like, you can also include examples of current or past proposals for extra context and education, but that part is optional.

Scope of Work

Create a post, thread, or short video on X that helps the community understand how to take part in governance. Your content should show where the voting section is, explain how to connect a wallet and access proposals, and encourage others to get involved in shaping the future of Magic Eden. Keep it simple, clear, and engaging — the goal is to help more people find and use governance.

If you choose to make a video, keep it under 60 seconds.

Requirements

• Must be posted on X (Twitter)

• Can be a single post, a thread, or a video (video max length: 60 seconds)

• Must state that staking $ME is required in order to vote

• Must explain where voting happens (Rewards section → Governance tab)

• Content should be clear and educational so anyone can follow along

• Feel free to mention live or past proposals for extra context (optional)

Judging Criteria

Submissions will be judged on the following:

• Clarity – information is easy to follow and straight to the point.

• Educational Value – clearly explains that voting requires staked $ME, and shows exactly where to go (Rewards → Governance) and how to vote.

• Practical Usefulness – someone new should be able to look at your post and immediately know how to participate in governance.

• Visuals (Recommended) – screenshots, graphics, or short clips are highly encouraged if they help make the process clearer and easier to understand.

Reward

• 🥇 1st place: 400 $ME

• 🥈 2nd place: 300 $ME

• 🥉 3rd place: 200 $ME

• 🎖️ 4th place: 100 $ME
