Margin Trade is live on Solana mainnet, and we're hosting a $2000 USDC bounty for community members who create high-impact content that brings traders to the next-generation perp DEX on Solana.

📌 About Margin Trade

Margin Trade is a non-custodial, CLOB-based perpetuals exchange built natively on Solana. Crypto, equities, and commodities — from a single margin account, 24/7, on leverage, fully onchain.

Built by contributors from Solayer Labs alongside former traders from leading financial institutions and crypto exchanges.

Margin Trade brings to Solana what it's been missing: a native, transparent central-limit-order-book perp venue engineered for serious trading — fair, onchain, and verifiable.

What sets it apart:

• Central limit order book (CLOB): orders are matched on a CLOB and settled onchain, with positions, funding, and liquidations fully transparent — no opaque matching engines.

• Unified cross-margin across asset classes: crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL), equities (NVDA), and commodities (gold) share one USDC collateral pool — a profit on one position can offset a loss on another.

• Mark-price liquidations: PnL and liquidation triggers use a fair reference price, not the last trade, reducing unnecessary liquidations from wicks and manipulation.

• Onchain ADL as a last-resort safeguard: auto-deleveraging is deterministic, verifiable onchain, affects only the profitable side, and never socializes bad debt.

🎯 Bounty Mission

We're looking for content that makes traders stop scrolling and start trading. Not generic shill — sharp, insightful, original content that shows why a CLOB perp DEX on Solana matters, and what trading crypto, stocks, and gold from one margin account actually unlocks.

🔍 Content Guidelines

Pick one or more angles below, these are your hooks:

1. Why Solana needed a native CLOB perp DEX: AMM-based perps vs. order-book perps, what changes for the trader? Where does Margin Trade fit next to Hyperliquid, Drift, and CEXs?

2. One account, three asset classes: what does unified cross-margin across BTC, NVDA, and gold mean in practice? Walk through real scenarios (hedging, offsetting PnL, capital efficiency).

3. Liquidations done right: explain mark-price liquidations and onchain ADL — why "deterministic, verifiable, never socializes bad debt" matters after everything traders have lived through on CEXs.

4. Trading experience deep-dive: trade on mainnet and document it. A genuine first-impressions review, tutorial, or strategy walkthrough. Honest takes (including critique) are welcome; insight beats flattery.

5. The bigger story: "Money Never Sleeps". Markets that never close, fully onchain. What does 24/7 leveraged access to equities and commodities mean for traders outside US market hours?

Suggested formats:

• X (Twitter) threads — minimum 3-5 tweets, with visuals

• Long-form articles or blog posts

• Video explainers, tutorials, or trading walkthroughs

• Infographics or motion graphics explaining the architecture

🏆 Judging Criteria

1. Insight & accuracy: does the content demonstrate real understanding of the product? Did you actually read the docs (or better — trade)? Factual errors disqualify.

2. Originality: unique angle, voice, or format. Rewrites of the announcement won't place.

3. Engagement & reach: genuine traction matters — meaningful replies, quote-posts, and saves. Botted or bought engagement results in instant disqualification.

4. Clarity: complex mechanics (CLOB, cross-margin, ADL) explained so a non-quant understands them.

5. Call to action: does it make the reader want to open the app?

📝 Submission Requirements

• Threads: minimum 3-5 tweets covering at least one hook above; visuals encouraged.

• Articles: well-structured, in-depth, with a clear intro and accurate details.

• Videos: screen recordings of the actual product are a big plus.

• All claims must be consistent with the official docs.

Important notes:

• A BIG PLUS: A big plus would be actually testing the product and showing it in your post, with concrete examples and proof, plus your opinion and feedback on the product. You can add this as a separate part of your tweet to show your audience how Margin Trade works in practice.

• No limit on submissions per person, but quality over quantity — judges reward your best work, not your volume.

• Inactive X accounts with no real history or engagement are not eligible.

• Low-effort or AI-generated content (text, images) results in instant disqualification.

• Any form of engagement manipulation (bots, paid engagement, engagement pods) will be detected and leads to instant disqualification.

• Plagiarism or recycled content from other bounties results in instant disqualification.
