About the role

pSTAKE Finance is on the hunt for a Master of Memes—someone who lives and breathes crypto culture, knows how to create viral moments, and loves being funny, weird, and downright stupid (in the best way). If your idea of a good time is creating the sharpest memes, dropping clever Twitter threads, and engaging with the DeFi and Bitcoin crowd like a pro, then we’re looking for you!

Roles & responsibilities

• Meme Duties: Create, curate, and distribute the most shareable, relatable, and hilarious memes that will dominate crypto Twitter and beyond.

• Community Hype: Keep our communities on Discord, Telegram, Reddit, and Twitter alive and buzzing with witty posts, clever banter, and fresh content.

• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by catching the latest crypto and DeFi memes, trends, and opportunities to jump into conversations.

• Social Media Mastery: Develop and maintain an engaging social media presence that resonates with the DeFi and Bitcoin communities. Be the voice of pSTAKE that people remember.

• Collaborative Growth Hacking: Partner with influencers, thought leaders, and content creators in DeFi and Bitcoin to extend our reach and boost brand credibility.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Keep track of what works and what flops (and why). Use data to refine your approach and get better every time.
  

Basic qualifications

• A knack for making people laugh, think, and push that retweet button.

• Experience in social media marketing, preferably in crypto or DeFi.

• Creative storytelling and meme-crafting skills that set you apart.

• Strong understanding of crypto culture, inside jokes, and trends.

• A deep appreciation for Bitcoin, DeFi, and the chaos that is the internet.

• Bonus: Strong knowledge of the Bitcoin ecosystem and liquid staking.

  
  

About The Team

pSTAKE Finance is a team of 20+ highly motivated and skilled individuals working towards a common goal. The team has a total of 4 functions across each product team - Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development. In addition, pSTAKE Finance has a corporate team responsible for Legal, Compliance, Operations and Finance.

We are a fully global team with people coming together from all parts of the world - Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. 

Members of the pSTAKE Finance Team have been early Cosmos community members. We are now building a premier BTC Liquid Staking solution in collaboration with Babylon.
