🏆 About the Grand Prize

The Grand Prize is open to all hackers participating in the Seoulana Hackathon.
Every project must submit to the Grand Prize track to be eligible for any rewards.
In addition, teams are welcome to apply to multiple special tracks: Multichain (Wormhole), NCN Track (Jito & Fragmetric), Solana Finfra Challenge (Astra), Liquid Staking Innovation (Sanctum), Bitcoin on Solana (Zeus Network).

✅ How to Participate

• All hackers must submit their project to the Grand Prize track

• You may also apply to one or more special tracks (multi-select allowed)

  • ⛓️ Multichain Track - Wormhole ($7,000)

  • 🌐 Solana Finfra Challenge Track - Astra ($7,000)

  • ☁ Liquid Staking Innovation track- Sanctum ($7,000)

  • ⚡️ Bitcoin on Solana Track - Zeus Network ($7,000)

  • 🪡 NCN Track - Jito & Fragmetric ($7,000)

• Beyond the prizes, we're awarding $50K worth of credits to the winners
  (selection criteria to be announced soon). This includes:

  • $15,000 in GPU credits from Aethir

  • $25,000 in Google Cloud credits

  • 50M CU/month (RPC & REST) for 3 months — available to all participating teams

  • $2,500 in Helius credits

  • $600 per workspace

  • SNS SOL domain names

🔥 Winner Selection Guide

Step 1: Submission Deadline - All projects must be submitted before the deadline to be eligible.

Step 2: Judging & Finalist Selection -A total of 11 finalist teams will be selected:

• 5 teams: First-place winners from each special track

• 6 teams: Selected from the overall pool of submissions (regardless of track)

Step 3: Offline Demo Day - Finalist teams will pitch their projects live during Demo Day.

Step 4: Grand Prize Winners - From the 11 finalists, 3 Grand Prize Winners will be selected!

• Communication and collaboration among AI agents to build scalable ecosystems

• Enhance Solana Agent Kits

• MCP

• Develop an Agentic AI Framework/VM for seamless interoperability

• Design functions, tools, and skills tailored for AI agents

• An AI agent economy (including Wallet, IAO, etc.)

• Introduce Verifiable AI for enhanced transparency

• Develop NLP-based solutions for initiating transactions and allowing users to sign seamlessly via self-custodial wallets

• Solana-Powered Autonomous Agents that utilize Aethir's network of 420k+ GPUs (https://docs.aethir.com)

• Winning teams from AI subtrack will receive Aethir's GPU credit up $15,000.

DeFi

• Develop creative Yield Trading strategies

• Optimize yield generation from LSTs by leveraging SIMD-96

• Build a Sniper Bot/DeFAI for optimized trading strategies

• Create Liquid (Re)Staking Protocols that allow users to earn rewards through staking tokens or LSTs while participating in other dApps

Developer & Security tooling

• Build AI agents that generate insightful @flipsidecrypto or @Dune data analysis dashboards (Reference)

• Create tools that help developers analyze and improve Solana ecosystem data efficiently.

• Explore MEV-Resistant Execution solutions.

Attention capital market

• Implement Token Vesting models driven by user attention

• Develop Attention Arbitrage mechanisms

• Design a Decentralized Marketing Protocol that rewards engagement

Gaming

• Develop AI-driven cooperation or rivalry mechanics

• Create immersive gameplay with Dynamic NPCs that react to user actions

• Mini games, social games, FOCG, high-ARPU games, etc.

Consumer applications

• Seamlessly onboard the next billion crypto users using Solana’s efficient infrastructure

• Design unique solutions to drive mass adoption from the Korean market

Judging Criteria

• Innovation (25 points): Originality and creativity in technology application.

• Potential Impact (25 points): Market potential and ecosystem impact.

• Technical Implementation (20 points): Feasibility and effective use of blockchain

• Usability and Design (15 points): User experience, accessibility, and ease of use.

• Presentation (15 points): Clarity, persuasiveness, and feasibility of the business plan.

*A committee of judges will review all submissions and select the shortlisted ideas. Final decision on winners rests with the organizing team.
