Strong fit includes projects in tokenisation (RWAs), DeFi, and Web3 infrastructure. Teams should be serious about scaling, open to regulatory frameworks, and interested in launching or expanding in the UAE.Qualifying Criteria:<ul class="list-node"><li>At least one core team member holds valid UAE residency, OR the project is operated through a UAE-registered entity, OR the team shows credible intent to relocate (e.g. incorporation in progress, local partners, hiring plans)</li><li>Project must be built on Solana or use its core infrastructure with real technical use - not just conceptual alignment</li><li>Minimum: working prototype, MVP, or testnet deployment. Early-stage ideas accepted only if supported by clear architecture, defined use case, and execution roadmap</li></ul>Additional Perks:The 1st place winner will also receive a certificate for Premium Crypto Legal Services by <a target="" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://nesolegal.co">NeosLegal</a>, valued at over $10,000.
