About the Role
Phase Labs is looking for a dedicated Support Specialist to manage our customer support channels for Netrunner, our Solana-focused crypto tax solution. Using Intercom, you will provide timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to users, ensuring they have a seamless experience navigating the complexities of crypto taxes.
This role is initially a 3-6 month contract with potential for a permanent position and equity after the contract period.
