1. CONTEXT

Spark is the first Idea LaunchPad on Solana. Ideas get funded before teams exist. The community VibeFunds the idea, then the best builders compete to own it.

This hackathon is that model in action. One idea has been tokenized and backed by the community. You apply to become the team that builds it. If selected, you don't win a prize — you inherit a funded project, aligned token holders, and the infrastructure to launch.

2. THE IDEA: OpenClaw Instances for Investors

OpenClaw is an open-source AI agent framework built for developers. The untapped opportunity: dedicated instances for crypto investors who aren't technical but want to leverage AI agents for their strategies.

Think investor-grade dashboards, on-chain portfolio tracking, personalized agent configuration, and decision-support — no node, no code required.

The infrastructure exists. What's missing is the UX, the investor-specific workflows, and the builder to make it real. The community has already voted with their money.

3. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not looking for a developer. We're looking for a founder — someone who can ship a product AND build a community around it.

We evaluate on three dimensions:

Track record — Have you shipped something? Grown a community? Navigated chaos? We don't need a success story, we need proof you can execute.

Product vision — Do you understand the idea deeply? Can you articulate the MVP and what comes after?

Community & communication — Token holders are your co-owners. Building in public isn't optional here, it's the job.

Be vocal. On X, LinkedIn, wherever. This experiment is a career differentiator — visibility is part of the game.

4. HOW TO APPLY

You don't have to request 100% of the treasury. Efficiency works in your favor — token holders reward it.

⚠️ Treasury: $3,260. Set your own budget ($1 to $3,260) + optional token allocation. The market decides through futarchy — be strategic with your ask.

⚠️ Non-Negotiable: All code must be open-source on GitHub. All revenue flows back to the project treasury. The builder earns through their approved budget and token allocation only. Any intellectual property produced during the hackathon belongs to the project DAO

Step 3 — Create your Founder's Card

On Legends.fun — who you are, what you've shipped, why you're the right builder. Be specific. Be honest.

Step 4 — Join the Spark #1 Leaderboard

Click "Join SPARK #1 leaderboard" on your Legends.fun page to make yourself visible to the community.

5. SELECTION PROCESS

The Spark team reviews all applications and establishes a shortlist. Then decision markets open — token holders trade on which team should win. The market outcome determines the selected builder. Futarchy in action.

• The mandate to build the idea

• Access to the treasury based on their approved budget

Finalists selected for the futarchy round receive $100 USDC each — automatically distributed once the shortlist is confirmed.
